- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will detect all threats or prevent all security incidents. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of threat detection.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Firewall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brand Firewall and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
